Conflict, Natural Disasters and Climate Change: The Impacts of Population Displacement” London: April-June 2009 For the first time ASF-UK and RedR have teamed up to bring together world renowned experts from the humanitarian sector. We will discuss and debate the impact that we are having on our environment and our fellow man. Our aim is to look at different topics and perspectives, to give us valuable and unique insights that will help us understand the challenges, and how we can help catalyse change for the future. In this dynamic talk series we investigate such issues as what the tipping points of human displacement are and who are the most marginalised in our society. We will also reflect on the reconstruction of Gaza as a contemporary case that brings to life the diverse challenges we now face. There are seven talks in total meaning there is something for everyone across the humanitarian sector. See our site for the full schedule.
