With extensive experience in various child-related settings, strong communication skills have been developed, fostering team spirit and encouraging mutual support. Volunteering in orphanages, teaching PowerPoint and instructing children with ADHD and autism in baking cookies has been fulfilling. Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues and clients is enjoyable, driven by empathy and a passion for enhancing the quality of life. Diverse employment spanning seven countries across three continents and involvement in 14 industries is indicative of broad experience. Currently serving as a Board Member at a charity organisation, Mentor in STEM Scotland, and a Mentor in the Global Mentorship Initiative, along with roles as a Tutor Assessor for Young STEM Leaders and a Train the Trainer for Parkinson's disease.

ILO's Employment Intensive Infrastructure Programme (EIIP) creates 200 decent jobs for Lebanese nationals and Syrian refugees, 15 per cent of whom are women, to help restore livelihoods and support the clear-up operation in Beirut. Efforts are supported by Germany through the German Development Bank (KfW), which is funding EIIP, and through additional financial support provided by the Netherlands under the Partnership for improving prospects for forcibly displaced persons and host communities (PROSPECTS).
