A Permanent International Criminal Court
A Diplomatic Conference being held in Rome between 15 June and 17 July could result in a Convention to establish a permanent International Criminal Court. Its effectiveness will depend on the mandate, powers and resources conferred upon it and and on the cooperation of participating States.
