The Humanitarian Practice Network (HPN) is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering the migration, development and maintenance of its existing website, odihpn.org.

HPN has been instrumental in disseminating critical research, lessons learned and practical guidance among humanitarian practitioners since 1994. As HPN transitions to a decentralised, partnership-based model that elevates the perspectives of local and national actors, we are seeking technical expertise to ensure our digital presence reflects this vision.

The selected vendor will be responsible for migrating and developing existing content, ensuring regulatory data compliance, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU) and the Data Protection Act (UK), integrations with CRM and analytics tools and maintenance and compliance monitoring.

Application process

Learn more about this exciting opportunity by downloading the full invitation to tender, which can be found on the top or right of this page.

Proposals should be submitted to hpn@odi.org by 27 October 2025.
