Re-imagining knowledge co-creation for humanitarian practice by humanitarian practitioners [English/Arabic/Swahili]

As part of our transformation into a partnership-led ‘network of networks’, the Humanitarian Practice Network (HPN) is launching its Practitioners’ Knowledge Lab – an innovative space for co-creation and collaboration driven by humanitarian practitioners themselves.

This online launch event will introduce the Lab as a participatory model that connects local actors, networks and knowledge producers across regions to collectively shape humanitarian thought and practice in innovative forms. The session will highlight how HPN is evolving from a centralised publication model into a more inclusive, practitioner-led network aligned with the Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG) and ODI Global’s vision for locally led knowledge ecosystems.

This interactive event will bring together representatives from HPN’s partner networks (including the Alliance for Empowering Partnership, the Feminist Humanitarian Network, NEAR, the Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network, the Somali NGO Consortium, the Center for Civil Society and Democracy, and the Palestinian NGO Network) to share how the model resonates with their experiences and needs in knowledge production.

إعادة تخيّل الإنتاج المشترك للمعرفة في العمل الإنساني من قِبل الممارسين الإنسانيين

كجزء من تحولنا نحو نموذج يعتمد على الشراكات ضمن “شبكة من الشبكات”، تطلق شبكة الممارسات الإنسانية مختبر المعرفة للممارسين – وهو مساحة مبتكرة للإنتاج المشترك والتعاون يقودها الممارسون الإنسانيون أنفسهم.

سيُقدَّم هذا الحدث الافتراضي للتعريف بالمختبر كنموذج تشاركي يربط بين الفاعلين المحليين والشبكات ومنتجي المعرفة عبر المناطق المختلفة، للمساهمة في تشكيل الفكر والممارسة الإنسانية بطرق مبتكرة. كما سيسلط الضوء على كيفية تطور الشبكة من نموذج نشر مركزي إلى شبكة أكثر شمولًا يقودها الممارسون، بما يتماشى مع رؤية مجموعة السياسات الإنسانية نحو أنظمة معرفة محلية القيادة.

سيجمع هذا الحدث التفاعلي ممثلين عن شبكات شركائنا، بما في ذلك تحالف تمكين الشراكات، الشبكة النسوية الإنسانية، شبكة NEAR، شبكة حقوق اللاجئين في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، تجمع المنظمات غير الحكومية الصومالية، مركز المجتمع المدني والديمقراطية، والشبكة الفلسطينية للمنظمات غير الحكومية، لتبادل تجاربهم حول كيفية ارتباط هذا النموذج بممارساتهم واحتياجاتهم في إنتاج المعرفة.

Kufikiria upya uundaji wa maarifa kwa pamoja katika kazi za kibinadamu na watendaji wa kibinadamu

Kama sehemu ya mabadiliko yetu kuwa “mtandao wa mitandao” unaoongozwa na ushirikiano, Humanitarian Practice Network (HPN) inazindua Maabara ya Maarifa ya Watendaji (Practitioners’ Knowledge Lab) – nafasi bunifu ya ubunifu wa pamoja unaoongozwa na watendaji wa kibinadamu wenyewe.

Tukio hili la mtandaoni litatambulisha maabara kama mfano shirikishi unaounganisha wahusika wa ndani, mitandao, na wazalishaji wa maarifa kutoka kanda mbalimbali ili kuunda kwa pamoja fikra na mbinu za kibinadamu.
